REWARD STRATEGY AND TOTAL REWARD FRAMEWORK

We use the Total Rewards Model - developed by WorldatWork in 2000 – to address ever-changing organisational needs related to the workforce.


While we mainly focus on the remuneration aspect of the Total Rewards Model, we can advise organisations on the implementation of other facets of the model, such as employee benefits, wellbeing, career development and recognition.

 
We also design reward policies that further embed the Total Rewards Model in the organisation to further support the Reward and HR strategies.
