Ignite Reward Consulting is headed up by
Carmen completed her B Com degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Pretoria. She has obtained a wealth of experience while working in the United Kingdom in regional reward management roles for global organisations. Carmen has also recently been awarded her Chartered Reward Specialist accreditation through the South African Reward Association.
In addition to her knowledge and experience within the reward industry, Carmen has a wide network of partners and HR professionals she works closely with.
